Sergio Benvenuto, Jr. - President & CEO
	Sergio joined his father upon his graduation from William Paterson University with a B.A. in Economics. He began in a supervisory capacity and quickly rose to a management position in one of Modern's hospitals. After a few years of experience he was promoted to Operations Director. As the company grew, his responsibilities grew accordingly. He is a registered Executive Housekeeper with the National Executive Housekeeper International association. He also is a certified Building Services Executive with the Building Service Contractors Association International.
Hugo Benvenuto - Chief Operating Officer
	Hugo joined his father upon his graduation from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Business Administration. He also began in a supervisory capacity in one of Modern's hospitals. After gaining experience, he assumed the responsibilities of various management positions including a three-year term as Resident Manager at the World Trade Center. He personally directed and organized the restoration work after the 1993 terrorist attack. He is a Certified Building Services Executive with Building Service Contractors Association International.
Rick Lomonaco - Vice President of Finance / Human Resources
	Rick joined Modern in 1988. He holds a B.S in Accounting from William Paterson University. Prior to his work a Modern, he worked in the hotel and hospitality industry. He assumed his current role in 1992.
Dan Mannix - Director of Business Development
	Dan joined Modern in 2008. He has a long history in the cleaning industry, both as a supplier and a contractor. Dan has owned and operated companies in NJ for over 25 years, and has developed cleaning programs for many of NJ largest commercial properties. Also he is an active member of BOMANJ and NIAAMCO.
