MODERN FACILITIES SERVICES - DEDICATED TO THE COMMUNITY IN EVERY WAY
East Hanover, NJ - July, 2009 -- Following in their parents' footsteps, Sergio Benvenuto, Jr. and his brothers have followed their entrepreneurial spirits. Their parents came from Chile at a young age and pursued the American dream and their personal dreams, as well. They started Modern Sanitation Systems (MSS) in 1979.
The Benvenuto brothers continue their parents legacy -- taking special pride in their work at MFS as well as their commitment to the communities of their customers. To this day, the Benvenuto brothers know that membership in the community had its privileges as well as its responsibilities.
 Like many community-minded entrepreneurs with a growing business, they donate to a host of charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity, the National Red Cross, Catholic Relief Services and The Special Olympics.
What is particularly special about the Benvenutos' longtime charitable commitment is that while Modern Facilities Services is dedicated to taking care of building maintenance needs inside and out, the company is also incredibly supportive of the many community organizations that care for the entire community at-large every day of the year.
At the top of their giving list are the East Hanover Police and Fire Departments. "These are the people who fight for our safety day in and day out. While Modern is committed to making our customers" facilities shine, we know too well the devastation a fire or police emergency can have on these buildings, Mr. Benvenuto said. "We have always and will continue to support our brave police and firefighters."
Mr. Benvenuto also discloses that 3 people from his executive management staff are emergency services volunteers in NJ. It is his pleasure to be able to support the great effort of charitable organizations, especially those that benefit the business community in and around East Hanover. |
